These are a few of my webs and blogs that I've designed so far.
Most of the blogs are hosted on the same domain except for one.
I enjoy making the blog looks like the website.
I received some emails asking if I could design a Wordpress blog that looks like their existing website.
Well, I could, but that is no designing, it's only coding.
You may want to look at some of my works...
This is a design that I am going back to the basics.
Using a one-column template, it get rid of the intention to build a web bloated with advertisements.
A web and a blog, each resides at its own domain.
This not a design I am particularly proud of.
It was this site that prompt me to switch to a one column template. I do not like filling in the side bar with excessive advertisements.
You don't see many now because I'd removed more than half of it. Some even come with rotating sidebar changing slides about every 7 seconds.
Advertisements are necessary for anyone maintaining a web. But, filling up the blank space with those blinking buttons, they made reading so difficult that I hate reading my own websites.
Good use of real estate but a distraction for reading.
This is one design which made me believe that at times, it is more valuable to listen to those who know nothing about web designing. They evaluate differently; away from a designer's point of view, just what they feel as a site visitor.
This web/blog is built for a non-profit organization.
I prepared 2 designs for the governor to select. Unfortunately, he was not present and I showed them to the rest of the members. All of them object to my better piece and preferred the other. Since it was an unanimous vote, I went along with their preference. The governor didn't get to choose.
They preference for this design: Clear indication to readers who the boss was.
This is also an attemp on using WordPress as a CMS, with a static home page.
This was my first work years ago. The website was created in year 2004 and the last change in 2006. This site is no longer maintained by me while the blog is... and I have changed the template recently...
Since it is my personal blog, I'd have to write in for permission for use of the logos of both organizations. Since I didn't bother, I replaced the corners with 2 photos; on the right the external view of the building and the other, the conference room.
This blog no longer uses this theme.

Having a blog that is identical to your website is good branding practice.
